Assistant Manager (Analytics) – Customer Relationship Management - (23000042)
Role And Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in gathering requirements from key stakeholders to design, develop and improve customer ecosystem
- Provide internal consultancy services on customer ecosystem project implementation, data capture requirements, analytical solution, workflow design and process re-engineering if needed
- Work closely with Business Units and IT Department to identify relevant structure and unstructured data from all customer touchpoints (internal and external)
- Take a lead in initiating advanced analysis, segmentation, modeling and machine learning to support cross Business Units strategy development
- Responsible for structured and unstructured data gathering, cleansing, model building, findings visualization and insights presentation to users
- Take ownership in conducting specific analysis and model building to identify cross Business Unit synergy and / or to address specific business issues or needs
Requirements
- University degree or above in Quantitative Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, Computing or a related discipline
- Practical experience in advanced data analysis and customer segmentation, with at least 3 years in statistical modelling and machine learning (eg: regression, scenario analysis, clustering, decision tree, NLP, etc)
- Hands on experience in data mining using such R, Python, SQL, etc
- Experience in leading large scale analytics projects that drive significant change
- Strong analytical mind with good report writing skills, and able to transform data into actionable insight
- Experienced in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI or Qlikview
- Good understanding of CRM system, campaign management system, data warehousing, Digital Analytics, etc
- Exposure to cloud-based big data technologies, e.g. Azure Databricks
- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) tools, e.g. Informatica or Profisee
- Strong commitment in taking new challenges and self-motivation
- Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Candidate with more years of experience will be considered as Manager/ Senior Manager.
